Here is a template of a survey you can create for your hospital/unit internal use. Feel free to use the same questions or make changes to fit your hospital/unit needs and/or guidelines. This is not mandatory, but a helpful resource. Thank you Sarah R and Bridy for sharing with the large group!

If giving a survey out to your unit/staff please follow your hospital guidelines, policies and procedures. Survey platforms – Use what your hospital recommends. Examples could be: Forms (via Microsoft Teams), Red Cap, Google Forms, Survey Monkey, etc.

CHD SSC Initiative

A powerful movement dedicated to the promotion and implementation of skin-to-skin care (SSC), for infants born with Congenital Heart Disease (CHD).

The “Skin-to-Skin-a-Thon” is our global push to normalize and prioritize this important practice in every cardiac unit where a CHD infant is cared for.
